Leaving these marks

Page 1 is the Back

Page 2 is the front

Anybody seen this / know what it is likely to be?

Can't really afford to be buying parts to swap out if it isn't going to fix it.

I think I can rule out Toner and I've put the toner from broken machine into non-broken and works cleanly.

We have lots of these printers, but this is happening on 2 of them

Thanks!

Maybe the fuser roller is breaking down or maybe sticky residue (from a label) stuck somewhere. Is the mark always in the same place?

Try printing a page and whilst it is printing open a printer door to halt the printing and see at what stage the mark is appearing?

The blobs appear in differing places everytime however the black streak across the back page is constant.

However, the streak gets lighter as you print, but when it adds more toner, it goes back to being dark

Its not the fuser..... well, not the fuser thats causing the issue. The Drum Ass'y has failed with either the drum recovery blade failing or the recovery seal is sitting off the drum due to damage or a piece of paper stuck behind it, this is causing used/waste toner to the dropping into the paper path and marking the back of the paper. Kyocera do very little user servicable parts so start with looking at the drum unit. The fuser will be taking a battering from this though as the cleaning pad will be having to cope with a mass of toner that shouldn't be there.

Best way to check out image quality issue, if it repeats with a regular occurrence then it's down to a roller or a gear etc . . . . if it's Random marking then it's down to toner dropping from the drum unit.
