IrritableTech Posted July 10, 2013 Posted July 10, 2013 I'm going around in circles trying to find the Sims Discover ISO on here and support net. Can anyone be kind enough to share the link & pass? It always seems backwards to me - my support company issue the core update over solus, capita email me the intouch update, but I rely on the good folks here for discover. Seems badly organised. Anyway... thanks in advance.

Discover An update to Discover has been made and is available on SOLUS3. Full details are in the Release Note uploaded to Supportnet as resource ID: 21219. Schools who want to take this release should contact their support team so that it can be authorised for them in SOLUS3 or so they can be sent the link to download and upgrade it themselves. 1

Sorry for the trouble, but capita do need to make this easier now there are multiple updates to run. Please refrain from posting the update or the password until somebody in authority comments.

I've returned to support net with renewed energy, but still can't find a reference to the password, or download link. I'm grateful for your reply, but do you think there could be an easier way to communicate this with the end users in future?
