Cannot delete Program Files for Logitech Camera

I have uninstalled my logitech camera but the program files are still there and my computer will not allow me to uninstall them - I get a message saying I need to have permission. This is a personal laptop computer - I am the only user - how do I get permission to delete?

I would try booting in safemode and deleting them it is likely that the sytem is using them failing that you'll have to do some registry or ini file hacks

You could change the program folder name to "logitech (off)" and reboot causing the computer to find the info of that folder but not find it and then try and uninstall it. Or logon as the admin in safemode and try.
