Device collections, SCCM, SCUP and Adobe Reader/Flash updates

I have SCCM and SCUP working together, publishing Adobe Reader and Adobe Flash updates. I would like to craft individual device collections based on whether Flash is installed or not, and whether Reader is installed or not. That in itself isn't an issue - a WQL query will sort that out for me. The issue I have is how to create 2 auto deployment rules - one for Flash and one for Reader.

 

During the setup of SCCM/SCUP, the guides all say to set up an ADR which deploys 'locally published packages'. This, therefore, deploys both Flash and Reader updates.

 

Is it possible to split these out?
