Adobe Licensing

Has anyone here tried Adobe Cloud licensing? I'm interested in exploring this option as it does seem to be relatively cheap in terms of what you can access for the money paid. That said however, it does pose an interesting question - we made a significant investment in Adobe CS6 last year and if we moved to the cloud this would render the investment almost worthless - is there anyway to get a "cashback?" type option or reduction in overall spend if we surrendered this?
