We currently have 250 plus workstations storing .pst files on the workstation level. I am looking for a way to pull or copy all these .pst files to one central location, ideally without going to each workstation individually

look forward to all ideas

Why do you have pst files on the workstations? Why not keep the email on the Exchange server where you can back it up straightforwardly.

DO NOT STORE PST ON FILESERVERS, if they are going to be opened by Outlook clients.

I'd tell the users (with a video demo, and step by step web pages/pdf/email, and a show and share session) to copy the mail from the pst to an archive folder in their exchange mailbox.

Or spend a few weeks building a custom set of scripts to do it automatically.
