Axis IP camera generating router traffic

We've got a couple of Axis 207 IP cameras on the LAN, set up identically. Neither are set up for external access. However one seems to be generating a lot of router traffic 24/7. Any ideas why?

So you may have most setting all the same. Try defaulting it. Then look at scene. Any movement, light glare can trigger camera all it cares about is pixel change. Try setting smaller more tight motion triggers or masking unwanted recording areas trees, windows, etc.
