How to enable adding bookmarks in Google Chrome Enterprise through GPO?

Hi there,

 

Does anyone know how to enable adding bookmarks in Google Chrome Enterprise through GPO? we want to enable this feature so that both students and staff can add bookmarks via Google Chrome without having to import their favorites from a different browser.

 

If someone could let me know how to enable this setting, that would be brilliant!
