Monitor a shared folder / whole server

Heya,

 

Our staff have started to use their staff share a lot more now and i was wondering what you guys use for file monitoring (if at all), I'm wanting to log times/modifications/usernames so if staff mess with files they shouldn't i can see who's done what and when.

 

We're running S2008R2 W7 Clients

File and folder auditing is built into Server 2008. See here for more info.
