zag Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Some of our staff saw a demo of a performance management system called Bluesky today. I've been asked to find any competitors and set up a demo. Do Capita do anything like this?
BKGarry Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 I read on support eat somewhere that Capita are producing a new Performance Management Module which works within Personnel and it is a one off (not yearly) cost. Due out with the summer release apparently. 1
PhilNeal Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 We are releasing a package in time for the autumn term. There will be a one off payment to add features to Personnel. Blue Sky is more comprehensive. A flyer is coming out shortly. 2
