Hello. I have limited IT knowledge. My MT4 trading platform (software app for commodities trading) cannot establish a connection with the associated servers. I have the basic VPS package through VPS9. I have installed the app multiple times, reinstalled OS, disabled firewall, all to no avail.

 

Please advise.
