[sccm 2012] Offline Servicing

So today I've taken my image (pre capture basic windows iso image because the post capture one fails with lots of errors) scheduled a load of updates and they've all gone into the image fine, it's then recaptured fine and I've imported the newly created image in ready for deployment.

 

When using this new image to deploy though my imaging process locks up at the first application and sits there forever...even for a package which is only meant to take seconds to install. Anyone have any ideas? I have nothing in any logs or any error messages to display what's going on
