(can someone lend my memory a hand - they kept referring to him as the 12th, but I thought the revelation around John Hurt meant he would be the 13th? Am I getting my numbers wrong here, or is John Hurt therefore just an older version of Paul McGann - the only Doctor we haven't seen die - rather than a regeneration we didn't see?)
