RM Ascend 2050 Windows 7 No Audio

Hi All,

 

I have a RM windows 7 machine on a CC4 network which is refusing to play any audio, it is in a class of 15 machines, and it has the same driver as all the other working machines. I have pulled the audio boards from the front ports which looks OK, I have re-installed with the latest driver. The audio also doesn't work when I plug in the back of the machine either.

 

any ideas?

If it's 1 machine out of 15, all the same machine, software etc then I'd certainly say it sounds like a hardware fault.

If it's an RM One ascend 2050, have you checked the audio switch at teh back of the machine which faces down to the desk?
