Office 365 disclamer

I've been asked by a client to put a disclaimer on the button of the emails. I've gone into the Exchange Management > Mail Control > Rules and added the disclaimer there. What I have been asked to do is make the text smaller. Does anyone know how this can be done?

I believe if you use the HTML Method then you can just use normal HTML Code:

 

This is some text!
