Working for Leeds LA - what's it like?

I'm currently in North Yorks, but have an interview for a job in the Leeds LA soon.

 

One of my main concerns is moving to another LA. I don't know anyone in the Leeds LA and don't know much about it.

 

What is it like to work as an ICT Manager in the Leeds LA, regarding things like backup tech support, social networking of ICT Managers, Internet provision, any connection with Leeds Uni?
