SIMS: Third Party access SDK documentation

Hi i have got commandreporter working, but would like to know how to specify parameters for reports. reason being is that commandreporter is throwing out csv's and i would really like it to output xls. don't know whether the in parameters you can specify output, but have no idea how to structure the XML. if anyone has documentation on the commandreporter above what it gives you on the command line i would be very interested.

Hi Pete,

 

Using the /OUTPUT parameter the command reporter can be used to export data into csv, xml or rtf format simply by changing the extension of the filename you want to create. It does not export data into xls format.

If you want a copy of the documentation to explore the use of parameters further then you can do this by requesting a copy via your SIMS Support unit.
