advice gotchas required for sophos update from 4.x to 5.1

Can anyone tell me what to look out for with the upgrade as i am about to update from 4.x to 5.1 can i just run the installer over the top of 4.x

 

any advice would be much appreciated.

Upgraded to 5.1 the other day. I read something about an exe that will back up all your data first but I couldn't find it and was feeling brave. Everything was fine. Just be aware that you can't upgrade straight to 5.2; you have to install 5.1 first.
