I don't have the original, but as I like doing these kinds of things (sad, I know!) I recreated it on my lunch and added a lock button for you: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/4779199/Network%20Logoff.zip

 

Ohh BTW, it requires .NET 4 - I know that seems ridiculous but I figured most machines you'd run this on would have SIMS so .NET 4 would be installed anyway... let me know if that's no good

Well Users here have a habit of leaving PC's unlocked and some of them cant even find the lock / logoff button on the start menu, if it's like this it's easier for them to find!!

 

One user here cant logoff or lock, ive showed him where it is and the keyboard shortcuts - he just uses the shutdown button.

For me, there's a slight chance users might logoff using this, rather than holding down the power button.
