Windows 8 X86 Download VLSC

Hi guys im trying to download the 32bit windows 8 disk in the volume license service center and we keep getting error using the built in download manager and a 2kb file when we use the browser download method. I have tried multiple computers and different browsers

 

Anyone know another way i can get hold of the SW_DVD5_Win_Pro_8_32BIT_English_MLF_X18-16098.ISO that is legal ?

I would say proxy server in first instance.

 

Do you go through a LEA connection or have you got your own ISP.

Could you not download it via your web browser?

no the iso is a total of 2kb if i do that

Or download from home.
