[sims] Letting parents know final Options allocations - how do you do it?

We have used SIMS Options Offer and INSIGHT to collect the majority of our year 9 options choices. It has now been fed back into SIMS Options and all blocks and classes have now been finalized. We would like to let parents know the final results but cannot think of anyway of doing this by email or on INSIGHT. Has anyone done this?

Doesn't the Offer module have a way to show final choices?

The only thing i can think of is i think Options has a view of final choices by student, but how you would share this easily isn't straight forward.

What you do is have an MIS that displays this in the parental portals, in fact allows the parents to make or authorise the choices made by students...

Tasc INSIGHT does display the option choices and allows parents to make and authorize them but not the final allocations at the moment. They are working on it though.
