You said 10 accounts - so you logged in the 120 ppl using these 10 accounts?

 

So if you had something like iTalc, you could have all the accounts set up with a simple password known only to you (too much for the receptionist I think), you then logs in all requered PCs when requested.

we can do that i supose, but its abit buggy we will give it a go. We have 10 accounts all are for diferent things

ABTutor costs £150 for a licence and does the same only rock steady.
