Methodmaths.com issues

Hi there,

 

My school uses a website called methodmaths.com for maths revision and exam practice. We have been seeing a few issues with the pages not loading or allowing students to log on both at school and at home.

They also get issues with downloading and uploading practice papers.

 

Does anyone use this with in their school or know anything about it and have the same issues? I did have a look online but didnt get a great deal of information.

 

Any help would be great.

We use it here in lancashire and we have the same problems as you. we keep getting an random authentication box which appears when trying to up load papers back to the site. we have contacted Andy at the site who told us to get it white listed on the filtering we use. done that and also got LCC to whitelist it still it happens. to be honest Andy is of no help what so ever to quick to blame us instead of checking to see if there is a problem with his site or software another great buy by staff
