Cloud - internet speed

Just out of curiosity, if a school with 500 users were to go cloud what size pipe would be a good size connection. I imagine a 30 meg fibre line would be a bit slow.

 

Just interested in the tech available...leased line etc.....

We have 1100 devices on 40mb without problems. Not all using at once but Google apps isn't very high bandwidth as your working in the cloud rather than copying files to it.

We have about 1000 devices and we've only just upgraded from 10 to 50 meg, which is absolutely fine for us.
