MagicInfo Pro MDC Holiday function

Anyone know how to get the Holiday function working on our single display?

 

We can turn it off and on on a daily basis but not at the weekend.

The Holiday function in the MDC is greyed out, is this what we need to get the screen to not turn on over the weekend?

Hmmm - MagicInfo is an odd breed, and we found it's timer functions really couldn't be relied upon so I ended up doing things differently. Our screens are effectively on 24/7. Instead, one of our screen layouts within MagicInfo switches the panel off and then we just schedule this to be displayed outside operational hours.

 

Create a new screen within MagicInfo, expand Background & select "Screen". Now in the table below the screen preview/layout area, select "Panel Off" in the Source List, and save the layout. Now simply pop this in your schedule whenever you want the display to be "off".
