Hi, I recently installed a kms server and boosted my kms count by installing my first 5 pcs at the same time. However now we have rolled out the rest of the pcs my activation count somehow has fallen below 5. Why would this be ? Lots of my pcs are still activated but some are now saying they cannot activate.

ok fail I forgot to re-arm office before sysprep the image. Dont make the same mistake as me guys sysprep will not rearm office. If you forget it will think all clients are the same copy of office due to the same CMID.
