direct access server 2012

im having a go at getting this working. Following a guide that i found on youtube i can get so far but then i just get errors. Ive tried a couple of times even set up fresh test vm servers and the same keeps happening any ideas?

the only variation i hav made from that is to use an external ip rather than name

Just got DA with 2012 servers and Win 7 clients working.
