ass17 Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Does anyone know if I leave the poe set to automatic, if a switch powers 12 @ 30watts and 24 @ 15.4w, what would happen if I have 10 @ 30w and 4 @ 15.4w? Does it not matter as the switches poe power distribution will mix it up never going beyond 370watts? What I'm asking is can I mix and match poe and poe+ devices to the max 370w of possible poe power over what ever ports on the HP2920 switch?
