My preordered copy should be showing up tomorrow, long live Columbia :)

It should be epic as it has been done by the original Bioshock Team which should make it good. The videos and previews look good and since I refused to buy Deadspace 3 thanks to its mobile game micropayment rubbish it has been a while since I bothered to get a new game.

Anyone else waiting on this game?

Preorded from steam :)

If you preorder it on steam you get the first bioshock and xcom: enemy unknown for free.

Plus a bunch of costumes for Team Fortress.

Yup. But only because I'm waiting for a let's-play.

I'm not a fan of first-person games... except Portal.

X-13, is that cause you panic upon seeing an enemy and your crosshair ends up in the sky? ;)

Nope, I'm too laid back for FPS twitch controls. Plus, if I try to do too many things at once [like moving and aiming] I get confused and mess up... Then I die.

And I like seeing my character.

already installed just waiting to get home to play now bring on 2pm then is home and start recording it as a LP

Interesting, we can't even get it till tomorrow. I do love it on the Xbox though, big screen TV and full surround from the home theatre in the dark, it does add to the atmosphere, well it did in the ones set in Rapture, this one looks like it is a much more open brighter environment so it may not add as much as it did in the other games. Still nothing better than something like the songbird scream sounding out at plentyfive watts behind you in the darkness :)

Link, please.

I already have a guy who I'm going to watch, but it'll be interesting to see how you play it. [Are you going in blind or are you pre-playing sections?]

Have this pre-loaded via Steam, played the heck out of the original (again!), and will probably be making it my first livestream via my TwitchTV account if I have enough bandwidth to support it, or doing a Let's Play if not.

Either way I'm going in blind!

Gotta be PC, the graphics are well & above the console version.

The PC version definitely outclasses the Xbox 360, mostly because of the ability to crank the resolution to 1920 x 1200. If you've got a Vista rig with a DX10 card, you can expect some heightened particle effects, crisper real-time shadows, and more dynamic water

Plus you get free games if you pre-order it by the end of today too :D

How can anyone ever have a need to even ask that question?!
