speckytecky Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 We have a few HP 360 printers and on one heavily used machine the paper tray has developed a fault where the self raiser isn't working properly so even though the tray is loaded the machine reports it's empty. I have swapped it over with a tray from a slightly newer model of the same machine and that's working fine. The older tray is slack in the newer machine and again refuses to print. Anyone know where I can pick up a cheap replacement tray please?

If you could check the one you subb'd in as well as the part number may be different but easier to source... EDIT: Oh and do you mean a 3600? Seems there's 250 and 500 page varieties so you'll want to check the tray for a part number... This looks like it could be a winner though... HP Colour LaserJet 3000 3600 3800 Replacement 250 Paper Tray Cassette | eBay They've a phone number too so at least you could check what your options are. 1
