I'm moving on for progression, I've got a technical role at a large University. Interesting how that's what people are interested in!

Because if you were moving to something very similar then there would be a questionmark over the job - moving for advancement is quite another thing!

lol no. I've been at Ribblesdale since October 2004 and will be very sad to leave. Like I say, great place to be.
