Youtube for schools

Hi, Just been asked to look into setting this up for our school. The support for this and documentation seems to be non-existant so I have a few questions that I hope can be answered by anyone that has already implemented this

1) I have set up a school youtube channel - how do the students access this, do I need to give them the URL?

2) I see this under the school settings: "To Grant Unrestricted Access to Specific Users Specify additional accounts that you want to allow to sign-in and have unrestricted access" - I have added a youtube account under this option but how do they access the school channel to add content to it?
