Custom OWA login page

Has anyone created a custom OWa login page using the following guide?: Customizing the Look of Outlook Web Access

 

I'm looking to do this, but wouldn't mind a sample copy to work on. It would be of great help to see how someone else has done this.

I have built a custom login page for Outlook 2010 to fit with the school colours (Blue & White) - I will ping you a PM with our URL so you can see it... it is fairly easy to do - but if you want help, feel free to drop me a PM.

I am looking to design a custom OWA 2010 login screen, however I do not have access to the files on the Exchange server. Does anybody know where I could download the login.css and image files that are located in the \themes\base directory? A zip file that someone has copied from their server would be great. I was hoping to edit them locally and have a basic mock up that I could then upload to the server at a later date.
