[sims] School diary losing dates

We have been having a really strange issue with the school diary in SIMS, we called local support and Capita and neither have heard of this issue before nor can shed any light on it so I just wondered if anyone on here had encountered it.

 

About a week into term last September SIMS lost all diary entries relating to reports (as in end of term assessments). We have print outs showing they were entered and saved but when accessing them later on they had all vanished. Nothing else was missing just all entries relating to school reports. The best explanation we were offered was that someone had manually deleted them.

 

We input the report dates back into SIMS and continued as normal. Around two weeks ago however, we noticed the dates involving reports had all gone again, nothing else, just entries relating to reports.

 

Has anybody else encountered anything like this?

Ooo Possibly hadn't considered that. I don't suppose you know of a way to see whats been made private by other users?
