Hello all,

Does any one know how to optimize Windows 7 for network use, so that when a student logs into a new machine for the first time they don't get things like "I Accept" screens popping up when first using on CS5 or Adobe Reader and requests from Microsoft Office on how they want the machine updated etc. I have been told that there is a "Windows 7 first run optimization " profile that needs to be created and then copied across but am not getting any joy, can any one help?

Many Thanks

Rav

Probably need to track down the reg keys or maybe files within appdata knowing adobe. Push out using gpp. If you are using mandatory profiles run each application as the default user.

There is also group policy templates for office to suppress office messages for updates. The adobe customization wizard can suppress the eula and updates.
