APC PowerChute problems

Ok, just got a new server, everything is running fine on it.2008r2

plugged the ups in and installed the power chute business edition software all seemed to go through ok

try and run the "Agent web interface" and I get http 403 forbidden

I've added the server into the bypass proxy list, the power chute software is in the firewall list as allowed

but it just doesn't work.

 

Has anyone seen this or have any ideas?

Have you tried reinstalling the software? maybe its messed up somehow. Using the correct port number?
