Chrome - Strange PepperFlash issue... anyone else had this?

Hi all,

 

Having a strange issue with Chrome the past day or so... PepperFlash seems to be randomly disabling itself on students accounts and we are not quite sure why.

 

We allow the clients to autoupdate themselves and I believe an update has been pushed in the last day or so. I wondered if this is something anyone has come across before and whether there is a fix?
