Apple Store: Volume Vouchers - UK?

I'm chasing around in circles trying to get a definitive answer to this - so hopefully someone can help me or point me in a clear direction...

 

Can you purchase volume vouchers for the Apple iOS volume licensing in the UK? (In the US you can buy high value volume vouchers for the education volume licensing program, rather than using a credit card etc.)

 

Does anyone have the contact details of someone who will be able to give a definitive answer?

Vouchers for the iOS Volume Purchase Program are not available in the UK, as Apple's model which lets schools buy direct from them with a PO is only available in the US.

 

If you can't get a debit or credit card for your school the only alternative may be to look at using Click and Buy (link below)
