Registering Kindles

I have a user telling me they can do anything with their Kindles in school except for registering them. To register them she is having to take them home and register them there. We have no internal filtering on our internet connection for staff, however there is an upstream proxy that may be blocking access.

 

the question is, can anyone tell me what domain I need to whitelist to allow the Kindles to be registered from within our network?
