Hello,

 

We use a website called rapid-plus.co.uk

 

We also have a proxy that we use but it can be turned off for testing. The website is basically reads books to the pupils but for some reason it doesn't read. It gets stuck. However when you turn off the proxy and try again it works fine. The final puzzle is that if you put the proxy back on it still works? Am I missing something here?

 

The website is in the proxy exceptions in LAN Connections...

What proxy are you using?

 

I've seen TMG have some issues with the video player on the Citrix website - it gets about 4 seconds in and then cuts out, proxy bypass works though.

Safetynet. I could put proxy bypass on and problem solved but I would rather not as that leaves the computers open. I have put the website variations into the proxy bypass list but they do not help, only when you remove the proxy test and it works then put proxy back on and it works still...
