localzuk Posted February 11, 2013 Posted February 11, 2013 I have just installed SCVMM and added our Hyper-V cluster to it. However, half way through the job, my SCVMM server randomly restarted and now I can't do anything with that cluster. I can't remove and re-add it or anything. I get the message "Unable to perform the job because one or more of the selected objects are locked by another job." There's no jobs listed as running or cancelling in the Jobs page, so I'm at a bit of a loss... How do I remove this broken cluster so I can re-add it?
localzuk Posted February 11, 2013 Author Posted February 11, 2013 Well, turns out I had to manually delete the stuff from the database! I used this script to do it: Manually Remove Hyper-V Host Cluster from SCVMM 2012 Database « Hazem Elshabini's Blog
