I think it does the opposite. Using this would be like saying 'I care so little about security that I can't even be bothered to take 1 second to press Win+L'. Users need to understand that security is their responsibility. It is part of their job to logout or lock the screen when they walk away from the keyboard. If you put in a system like this and it fails for some reason, who is responsible? Perhaps I've missed the point though ??
