When you use the Chrome installer to install or update the Chrome browser for your organization, Adobe Flash is no longer included. If your organization relies on Flash and you’d like to support it, you can choose one of the following options:

 

Do nothing, and allow the Chrome Component Updater to keep Flash on the latest version, and update automatically (unless you disable Flash).

 

Manage Flash on your own by downloading the Flash MSI from Adobe and deploying it separately, in addition to pushing the MSI for Chrome...

I believe flash is also getting removed from all Chrome installs at Christmas. I also read that IE or edge will not support it out of the box soon, although I never use them. Edited November 22, 2016 by TwistedHelixis

You can already disable Flash in Windows 8 or Windows 10 if you're brave enough -

 

User Config > Policies > Admin Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Security Features > Add-on Management - Turn off Flash in Internet Explorer...

 

Hopefully Microsoft would introduce a new GPO so we can make exceptions, a bit like Java, but then I wonder why Java isn't being canned also. It's worse than Flash in my opinion!
