Google Android apps on Chrome?

I had the pleasure of being at Google HQ last week and discussing the buzz around Android apps coming to Chrome, very exciting stuff, did you know:

 

The expected public release of Android for Chrome will be later this week and will be available first on Acer Chromebook R11/C738T, Asus Chromebook Flip (C100P) and Google Chromebook Pixel (2015).
