BenQ Interactive Flat Panel Warranties

Hi All,

Steljes Ltd were the warranty provider for BenQ’s interactive panels, since their Administration the warranty should default (will be the administrator decision not ours) backto the RTB (return to base) warranty they were sold to Steljes with.

However BenQ have taken the decision to honour the onsite warranty supplied by Steljes Ltd on all BenQ product supplied before their Administration. Hope this helps alleviate any concern.

Going forward we will support the product ourselves, as per our projectors.

The service provider is the same, so hopefully as schools you shouldn't notice any difference, other than using our own customer services team.
