...\NetSupport School\NSM.LIC (80). Please check this file exists and is valid.
Hello, my school has been using NetSupport since late 2005. We have had some difficulties with our computers lately and I am receiveing this message when I try to start tutor program: Cannot read file C:\Program Files\NetSupport\NetSupport School\NSM.LIC (80). Please check this file exists and is valid. [#1500]
Since on our local level, we don't have a software for it. I installed the trial and input the license file from another computer and this is the message I received. My computer show the license number and the maximum clients is 150000. I cannot get in contact with the Ministy of Education and need help right away.
Please help me. Thank you.
Alan

The reason you cant contact the Ministry of Education is that it hasnt existed since 2001
Try contacting your local education authority, at a guess it's more likely them that purchased it on your behalf.

I have not heard of this tool, how can this help me with the liscensing problem?
The Ontario Ministry of Education is responsible for providing the software to the schools in the province, they do not have a technical support.

It might be an idea to PM the user link470 who is the most active member from Canada and might be able to point you in the right direction for any support and contact information provided by your ministry.

Alan,
Sounds like you are trying to apply a key from a newer version onto the older one, if you have another installation you can copy the key (nsm.lic) from there.
Failing that contact our office in Toronto (NetSupport Canada) and they should be able to help.
