New pupil import time for CASPA again - in the past 2 years it's run a treat but this year having imported the definition file into SIMS and doing the usual things to generate the xml file to import into our non SIMS network where CASP lives we can't find the xml file even though SIMS tells it had completed the task?

What are 'usual' things that you do in SIMS to generate the file?

19th September 2011, 11:59 AM #3 We have CASPA running on the Curriculum Network and the new definition file comes in via an update. It's then a case of copying that def file into SIMS and running it (SIMS has to be shutdown and restarted part way through to ensure clean pick up of data0 the xml file is then usually dropped by SIMS to the last place it dropped a report. Then it's a case of copying the file to import to CASPA back on the Curric Net.

When I ran it on my computer, the XML file was saved to C:\Program Files\SIMS\Sims.net\CASPA Pupil Data 2012.
Have you already looked there?
