HP Warranty part
I had a fan error message on a dc7800. Called HP and they sent a replacement arrived next day. I fitted the fan, chucked the packaging and put the fan in my spares box, as it still worked. Then I found a load of bumf to do with returning the faulty part. So I've had to find the box, call DHL to arrange collection and get it all ready. All for a 99p part!

You know if you ring them and say you've binned it they usally don't care.
I refused to send a few things back to them and told them that there warranty stated they would either fix my product on site or come and collect it to fix it for me. They were asking me to fix it for them, saving them the work, so I wasn't willing to spend even more of my time shipping cheap parts back. They jsut said ok, and left me to it.
