Netsupport ServiceDesk

Does anyone who uses Netsupport DNA also use their ServiceDesk solution? If so, how do you find it?

Sorry, know this is an old post. We use NetSupport DNA and love it. Tried the ServiceDesk option but just didn't feel happy with it. We ended up going with https://www.supportpal.com/ Haven't looked back. Cracking product and support.

The support from them is also awesome. I had lots of questions when we can the demo, support replies all times of the day. Feature requests taken on board.We went for the self hosted and branding removed and extended the support. We are moving our site officers to it as well in the New Year. For the price it was the most feature rich helpdesk.

I am just looking into ServiceDesk and i am wondering if its possible to add a second helpdesk to it. We currently use ZenDesk for IT but i am looking to find a system will allow IT and Site issues. (2 different email addresses) for support.

I don't know about ServiceDesk, I've not used it. But it is possible with SupportPal, guide here on SupportPal - https://docs.supportpal.com/current/Departments

Thanks for the feedback. Does SupportPal do ITIL processes, i.e. change management, problem management, SLAs, KPIs etc? The NetSupport product does but the blurb on the SupportPal page is a bit sparse.
