Following this post: I have found another suggestion (posting here because this does not fit in the "One Line" thread. Edit your search engine settings as follows: *The name and shortcut can be anything, but it's a good idea to make them easily identifiable for future reference. Make this new setting the default. Tom Grennan search without the new setting: The same search with the new setting: My search Google search string without any changes: {google:baseURL}search?q=%s&{google:RLZ}{google:originalQueryForSuggestion}{google:assistedQueryStats}{google:searchFieldtrialParameter}{google:language}{google:prefetchSource}{google:searchClient}{google:sourceId}{google:contextualSearchVersion}ie={inputEncoding} Other UDM settings: UDM=2 (Images) UDM=7 (Videos) UDM=18 (Forums) UDM=28 (Shopping) UDM=36 (Books) These changes were made on a Chromebook. Other operating systems and browsers may require different steps. Not sure how to make similar changes for phone browsers, or even if it is possible?

Hi all, Having a few issues with Google here. We are frequently seeing the Google Captcha request when a user tries to do a Google search, this has been happening on and off for 4 or 5 days now. I've searched on here for similar and most related cleared up after a day or two. Called our ISP wondering if its to do with proxy intercept filtering for Google or a known issue - they've told me it's nothing to do with them, its a computer here that is sending spam? Checked Endpoint protection status - all clear, forced a scan on everything yesterday and everything is still clear. Had Spiceworks network monitor open to see if there was anything using crazy amounts of bandwidth but everything is nominal. Checked our bandwidth usage on our ISP and its normal. Any ideas what I can check? Or what I can do?
